At Billing Revolution, Inc. (“Billing Revolution,” “we,” or “us”), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes our collection of personal information from users of our website at www.billingrevolution.com (the “Site”) and our mobile payment service (the “Service”), as well as our use and disclosure of that information. By using our Site or our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

Additionally, we share personal information with our clients who use our billing service to bill users for their products and services. We function as a service provider for these clients and collect information, including personal information, on their behalves. When we provide personal information to our clients, their use of the information is subject to their privacy policies and practices, not this Policy. Unless we believe the law requires otherwise, we will attempt to contact you before disclosing your personal information to comply with legal process.

Our Site and our Service may contain links to Web sites or services provided by third parties. Links from our Site or our Service to other sites or services are provided for your convenience only, and we do not have control over the privacy or security practices and policies of those third parties. Any personal information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to learn about their privacy and security policies before providing them with personal information.

Use of our Site by Children

We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children’s use of the Internet. The Site and our Service are not designed to collect personal information from children who are under 13 years of age, and we do not intend to collect such information. If you are under 13, you should not provide any information on our Site or our Service.

Security

We have put into place reasonable security measures in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information while it is under our control. We cannot, however, guarantee protection of all personal information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, or alteration, or that personal information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Furthermore, we have no control over the security of other sites or services that you may visit, interact with, or do business with. Information in orders placed with our Service is protected by industry-standard security measures, including an encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

If you send us an “unsubscribe” request by postal mail or email, please include your mobile phone number and the name of your wireless carrier. We need that information in order to process your request.

If you receive marketing communications from one of our clients, please contact that third party to opt-out of receiving such communications.

Policy Changes

We will modify this Policy if our privacy practices change in the future. We will notify you of changes to this Policy by posting the modified Policy on our Site and indicating at the top of the Policy the date it was last updated. Additionally, f we make a change to this Policy that is materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information, we will attempt to provide you with the opportunity to consent to that use or disclosure of your personal information.

We encourage you to review this Policy each time you visit our Site or use our Service to see if the Policy has been updated since your last visit and to make sure you understand how personal information you provide to us will be used.
