Andy Kleitsch – CEO Founder

Mr. Kleitsch is a serial entrepreneur bringing a deep background in mobile operator billing technology and mobile data product management. Mr. Kleitsch’s visionary, passionate style inspires and motivates our team of highly experienced mobile veterans to win the business of leading merchants, publishers and agencies every day.

Mr. Kleitsch’s long track record of successes includes founding WeddingChannel.com (a leading wedding planning web destination) which was later sold to the Knot for $80+MM. Prior to founding Wedding Channel, Mr. Kleitsch was Sr. Manager at AT&T Wireless responsible for the mMode portal where he lead a team of product managers toward a common goal of making mMode the best mobile portal in the US.

Prior to founding Billing Revolution, Mr. Kleitsch was founder and CEO of Wireless Content Solutions a global provider of mobile shopping solutions. Most recently Mr. Kleitsch was the CEO of PixiPay, a mobile billing research and development company that developed an off-operator prototype and submitted a mobile billing patent.

Mr. Kleitsch resides in Seattle Washington and enjoys windsurfing when he is not spending time with his wife and two children.

Alan Dishlip – CFO

Mr. Dishlip is responsible for managing the financial affairs of Billing Revolution. He has both operational and venture capital experience and has been involved in helping build and grow early-stage companies for over 25 years. Mr. Dishlip has broad experience in accounting and operations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, strategic planning, private equity and debt financing, contract negotiation and organization development.

Most recently, Mr. Dishlip was CFO of WildTangent, an online gaming company, and helped it grow from less than $10 million of revenue to nearly $50 million. Previously Mr. Dishlip was a venture capitalist for over 20 years where his focus was on software, information systems and Internet-related companies. His experience in operations and financial management contributed to the development of over 50 emerging growth companies while serving on the boards of 20 of those companies.

Alan resides in Seattle where he enjoys fly fishing and most sports. He also serves as a frequent guest lecturer in the MBA and Entrepreneurship programs at the University of Washington.

Michael Dulong – SVP Business Development – Founder

Mr. Dulong is a tireless entrepreneur with a extensive background in Mobile Advertising.

Prior to joining Billing Revolution, Mr. Dulong was co-founder of Third Screen Media; a leading provider of mobile advertising technology and services. Mr. Dulong’s roles at Third Screen included VP Media Sales where he was responsible for leading the company’s media sales efforts nationally and VP Publisher Recruitment where Mr. Dulong ran the companies content acquisition business. Mr. Dulong was an integral member of the Third Screen management team and successfully grew the company’s publisher business from 20 million impressions per month in available advertising inventory to over 750 million advertising impressions per month in less than 18 months. Mr. Dulong forged strong relationships with the worlds leading media companies and brands including MSNBC, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, MasterCard, AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Nextel, Vonage, American Express, SBC Communications, NBA, E! Entertainment Television and many others.

Prior to co founding Third Screen Media, Mr. Dulong was founder and President of MobileJump Inc. a market leading producer of mobile branded entertainment. Prior to MobileJump, Mr. Dulong was VP Sales/Principal with NuVision Communications a marketing leading provider of ecommerce enabled website building technology.

Mr. Dulong is an accomplished musician, singer, songwriter and producer. Mr. Dulong is an advocate to entrepreneurs and serves on several advisory boards. Mr. Dulong resides in Portland Maine and enjoys songwriting in his free time.

Randy de los Reyes - CTO – Founder

Mr. de los Reyes spent the last 8 years with Microsoft engaged with the strategic design and operations of Microsoft’s Product Activation technologies, Secure E-commerce initiatives, Software Protection technologies and Product Release and Manufacturing practices.

As an early pioneer of the Internet, Mr. de los Reyes developed and deployed Internet commerce sites as a consultant with Microsoft’s Consulting Services Advanced Technologies group. Mr. de los Reyes is a veteran of the US Navy, where he designed specialized databases and a variety of custom software and billing systems for the Medical Health Care sector.

With over fifteen years of experience in Senior Software design and IT roles, Randy is most recognized for contributions in the management and deployment of major electronic commerce systems.

John Loschky – VP Product Development/Innovation

Mr. Loschky brings over 9 years of extensive mobile product development/management experience to Billing Revolution.

Prior to joining Billing Revolution, Mr. Loschky was VP Products/Programs at Mobliss where he worked with Coca-Cola, Viacom, CBS, FOX, Burger King and many of the world's leading consumer brands. Before Mobliss, Mr. Loschky was a Senior Product Manager at AT&T Wireless where he managed a number of pioneering mobile initiatives. This included implementation of the first wireless advertising network and development of the American Idol text message voting application, which today remains the most successful wireless application/program in US history.

John resides in Seattle with his wife and two children where he enjoys soccer, surfing and other outdoor activities the Northwest offers.

Ashok Misra – Board of Advisors

Mr. Misra is an e-commerce professional with more than 10 years experience in CNP (card not present) transactions and extensive domain knowledge in all aspects of Internet commerce. Mr. Misra spent several years at Amazon.com building e-commerce billing systems, and is currently managing billing systems at Real Networks.

Jeff Yee – Board of Advisors

As the former Director of Commerce for Cingular, Mr. Yee was responsible for the conception, development and launch of the ATTWS / Cingular billing system. During his tenure, he grew e-wallet revenues from zero to one billion. Mr. Yee is currently the COO of Treemo.

Michael Cockrill – Board of Advisors

As the first VP Products and Chief Technical Strategist, at Qpass, Mr. Cockrill built some of the largest mobile operator billing systems in the U.S. Michael is currently a partner at Atlas Accelerator, and a prominent figure in the mobile billing world.
